Services
MasterGerman Academy provides online German language learning services including courses from A1 to C1, live virtual classes, learning materials, progress tracking, TestDaF and exam preparation, business German courses, tutoring, and certificates of completion.
User Responsibilities
- Participate respectfully in classes and discussions
- Use services for legitimate educational purposes
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Follow instructor guidelines and course requirements
- Maintain professional communication standards
Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software are owned by MasterGerman Academy or licensors. We grant a limited, non-exclusive license for personal educational use.
Attendance Policy
- Regular attendance is expected for live classes
- Recordings available for missed sessions
- Notify instructors of planned absences
- Excessive absences may affect course completion
Refund Policy
- Full refund: within 14 days of course start
- Partial refund: 15-30 days after course start
- No refund: after 30 days of course start
Cancellation by Us
We may cancel courses due to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or technical issues. A full refund is provided in all such cases.
